Wesley Snipes in tax troubles - Rachel McAdams in Morning Glory
Will Wesley Snipes surrender to face his tax evasion case?
The 48 year old Blade actor is facing legal worries again in relation to his three positive misdemeanor counts of failure to file his income tax in 2008. He’s also facing other two felony charges that complement his tax case. Before this squabble, Snipes is only out of the clapper because he posted a bond for two years as his appeal is being studied by the court.
A Florida District court judge trashed the appeal for a new trial submitted by Wesley Snipe’s lawyer. The judge ruled out in a 16 page decision that enough time has been given for the actor’s judgment to be enforced.
It’s our wish that Wesley Snipes could iron out this tax squabble as he is planning to have a comeback project via the TV show 30 Rock.
Rachel Adams loves her role in Morning Glory.
Rachel McAdams is very much remembered as the famous bitchy, ruthless queen bee in her character as Regina George in “Mean Girls,” and as a feisty and aggressive young lady Allie in “The Notebook.” She did not stick to just one kind of character. She already has filled out her portfolio with a mix of “meaty and diverse films” which helped her from being type casted.
In her latest film which has the title of “Morning Glory,” Rachel plays a character which now becomes an addition to her collection. She is with Hollywood heavyweights Diane Keaton and Harrison Ford, in which they play “antagonistic anchors on a struggling morning show.” Rachel McAdams, on the other hand, plays the role of the show’s “energetic up-and-coming news producer who tries to boost the show and the reporters.”
When Rachel was asked about her character in the film, she confessed, “I don’t think I’m quite as high strung. I hope I am not as high strung as what my character Becky is in the film. She’s a go-better.”
Moreover, Rachel shares that she can somehow relate to Becky’s exuberance. She specifically cited being able to play up the physicality of her “Morning Glory” character. Rachel shared, “Well, my job. I love getting in there and being really physical. So, yeah, that’s I guess what I have that high energy for, but I don’t manifest it the same way Becky did.”
