Waitress Denied Punching Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton Marijuana World Cup Misunderstanding

Lindsay Lohan who was reported being punched on the face by a waitress in Voyeur during her birthday denied the actress accusations on her twitter account. Jasmine Waltz, the cocktail waitress, has denied striking Lindsay last Friday.

She told Access Hollywood:

“All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional, I didn’t hit her, but I’d like too.”

Sources inside the club told Access Hollywood that a punch did really occurred but it was with another waitress whose ex-British Rugby star Danny Cipriani, who Lindsay has recently been seen with.

The sources also said that the management of Voyeur is still deciding how to discipline the waitress – who also is reportedly dated Ryan Seacrest, “Star Trek’s” Chris Pine and singer Jesse McCartney – but that she will likely be fired.

We thought Lindsay Lohan was only the mean girl, we guess there were more mean than her.

Paris Hilton who traveled all the way to Africa just to enjoy the World Cup games, was reportedly charged of marijuana possession last Friday. Whose rep confirmed that it was all a misunderstanding.

In a statement on Access Hollywood Paris rep said:

“Paris Hilton was questioned today by police in South Africa on allegations of smoking marijuana, I can confirm that the incident was a complete misunderstanding and it was actually another person in the group who did it.”

For Paris she is enjoying Africa as well as the games. Everything ends well for the heiress.
