Touchdown Jesus Burns to the Ground, Justin Bieber Impresses Kim Kardashian and More Ladies

A six-story tall statue of Jesus Christ known as the “Kings of Kings” and “Touchdown Jesus” was struck by a lightning strike last Monday night. The statue was located outside the Solid Rock Church along Interstate 75 in Monroe, Ohio.

The statue was burned to the ground according to the police report. The fire started around 11:15 p.m. The fire spread through the adjacent amphitheater but was immediately stopped by the fire responders.

The Solid Rock Church was founded by Lawrence Bishop, a former horse trader. The statue was Mrs. Bishop’s idea and it was supposed to serve “as a beacon of hope and salvation” to people. The couple spent around $250,000, which were donations collected from the members of the church.

The statue was set at the head of the baptismal pool surrounded by fountains and colored lights. Touchdown Jesus was designed by Brad Coriel, sculpted by James Lynch and was assembled by Mark Mitten. The statue was constructed on a steel frame that was covered in plastic foam and fiberglass. It was completed in September of 2004.

The statue was then on called by passersby as “Touchdown Jesus” – because the arms approximate the signal a referee makes for a touchdown in professional football.

After a burning story of a statue, Justin Bieber thinks that hot ladies are after him.

In fact, Justin Bieber and Kim Kardashian are currently the center of talk among Bieber fans due to the weekend at the Bahamas. But the fire on the issue has not even died down yet but the famous teen Canadian singer is now being linked to various other beautiful women.

Take for example the sexy, Megan Fox. Men would do anything just to be admired by this foxy lady. But all Justin did was sing while flipping around his famous hair and he has caught the eyes of Megan Fox on him. Megan revealed in a recent interview that if she was still in high school, she would have a big crush on the small guy. She totally admires him!

When asked what she thought of the ‘Baby’ hit maker, she candidly said that Justin probably has got more talent on his bangs than her wonderful body has.

Meanwhile, people are saying that Justin Bieber could be the only key to the reconciliation of ex-BFFs Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez. The two friends have had a falling out and are still not communicating. Demi said that Taylor and Selena are together most of the time now. And then Demi is also good friends with Miley Cyrus. And since Justin Bieber is good friends with all the mentioned ladies, there’s a good chance he could bridge the expanding gap between the ladies.
