Tom Cruise & Angelina Jolie Swap Advantage

Angelina Jolie Salt Tom Cruise was supposed to play the role of Edwin A. Salt in the movie “Salt” but left the project for according to him it’s close to his Mission Impossible flicks. Angelina Jolie on one hand turned down a role of being a Bond girl. She’d rather play a suave spy hero. The co-chairman of Sony Pictures thought of a very nice idea by making Edwin A. Salt into a woman named Evelyn and cast Jolie for it.

Jolie has been to a lot of action flicks like Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Wanted, and Mr. & Mrs. Smith. This means that rough action scenes are not new to her. However, “Salt” is far more intense. Aside from the movie’s intensity, it will as well be Jolie’s first time to make a movie based on reality. She tried recollecting some of her movies and none of them were based on women’s reality and that was strange for her. Another new thing for her is working after a year and now she has babies of her own.

Angie definitely had fun while filming the movie because she has never done that before and for her it is always fun to do things that she’s never done before. For instance was the scene where she had to dress like a man which as well made her kids wonder while they were on the set cheering for their mom.

Angelina Jolie’s versatility as an actress only proves her being top caliber in the movie scene. She is very much capable of doing a lot of roles and she is very effective in playing them. Now, what would be the next role she feels like playing, is the question.
