Brooklyn witnessed thanksgiving date of Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal.

The rumored couple was sighted taking a coffee break in Park Slopes’ Gorilla Coffee Shop. The 29 year old actor previously denied that he is romantically linking himself with the 20 year old country singer in his PEOPLE magazine interview.

However, as we are seeing them always together, we’re really thinking they have something special going on there.

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift added another ribbon in her collection of awards and recognitions.

The female country singer was named and awarded as BMI’s songwriter of the year. For the country singer, this is another honor in her career, being chosen and awarded as this year’s songwriter for BMI.

For the record, Taylor Swift is considered as the youngest songwriter to be awarded as the country songwriter of the year, which is given annually by the BMI awards. For the 20-year old country singer, and she can now be tagged also as songwriter, did not anticipate this award. She actually had considered herself as one of the nominees, but having been chosen as the winner, she admits that it is more of a surprise than an expectation.

Just recently, Taylor Swift sold more than one million copies of her newly released album “Speak Now” in its first week. The country singer/songwriter also won the country song for the year in co-writing her song “You Belong With Me.” This award is already given to her for the third time, and she is the first artist who has received the award in three consecutive years.
