Paris Hilton Caught With Pot Again, Miley Cyrus Touching Role

Paris Hilton upon arriving on the French Island of Corsica she was detained on the private airport, after the authorities found a pot on her purse according to the AFP.

The pot that was found on Paris purse was said to be less than a gram, she was then released thereafter.

This had happened two weeks ago when Paris was also held briefly, while watching the World Cup in South Africa. Still the cops released her when they found out that the tweed is from her friend.

Another clean get away for Paris Hilton.

Miley Cyrus talked about her role on her movie LOL. In the film Miley will have a real chance of how edgy she is:

‘I’m excited to work on a film that is going to touch people. It’s edgy and different and I don’t know how the fans will react, but it’s something I can relate to.’

Miley also added:

‘I have to choose scripts that are right for someone who is 18 because that is me.’

This would be a different Miley we will see.

Waitress Denied Punching Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton Marijuana World Cup Misunderstanding

Lindsay Lohan who was reported being punched on the face by a waitress in Voyeur during her birthday denied the actress accusations on her twitter account. Jasmine Waltz, the cocktail waitress, has denied striking Lindsay last Friday.

She told Access Hollywood:

“All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional, I didn’t hit her, but I’d like too.”

Sources inside the club told Access Hollywood that a punch did really occurred but it was with another waitress whose ex-British Rugby star Danny Cipriani, who Lindsay has recently been seen with.

The sources also said that the management of Voyeur is still deciding how to discipline the waitress – who also is reportedly dated Ryan Seacrest, “Star Trek’s” Chris Pine and singer Jesse McCartney – but that she will likely be fired.

We thought Lindsay Lohan was only the mean girl, we guess there were more mean than her.

Paris Hilton who traveled all the way to Africa just to enjoy the World Cup games, was reportedly charged of marijuana possession last Friday. Whose rep confirmed that it was all a misunderstanding.

In a statement on Access Hollywood Paris rep said:

“Paris Hilton was questioned today by police in South Africa on allegations of smoking marijuana, I can confirm that the incident was a complete misunderstanding and it was actually another person in the group who did it.”

For Paris she is enjoying Africa as well as the games. Everything ends well for the heiress.

The most popular socialite Paris Hilton is was involved in a police probe into suspected drug possession in Port Elizabeth last night while she was there to enjoy World Cup match. Hilton, the millionaire heiress to the Hilton Hotel chain, glamorous model, great actress and popular singer, was questioned by police who confirmed they were conducting a simple inquiry. Police would not confirm particulars of the investigation but social network Twitter was said that she had been held on drug-related charges.

It was confirmed that Hilton was escorted from the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, where she was to attend and enjoy the Holland versus Brazil quarter-final match. An unverified account from an eyewitness states that the incident actually took place before the start of the match. Police searched Hilton, which is when the narcotics were supposedly found on her. There have also been claims of a dispute between what was alleged to be her bodyguards and police.

Then she was escorted by police. Provincial head of detectives in Port Elizabeth Mark Magadlela confirmed that they brought Hilton to the police station. He, however, would not tell anything in detail.

Hilton is not an alien to controversy. She has faced this type of situation before. In spite of these controversies she is still so popular.

In another medical breakthrough, doctors can someday control HIV virus using stem cells without using anti-retroviral drugs.

Scientists at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California conducted a study on rodents to test cells that target one of the two gateway molecules where the HIV virus uses to enter one’s body. The spokeswoman for the team said that they modified the blood stem cells to make it resistant to the virus then they transplanted them to the rodents, after that the rodents can now control the infection, in what way?

People with “a mutation gene called CCR5 are naturally resistant to the HIV infection and does not develop AIDS, we used the enzymes to knock out the CCR5 gene in human blood stem cells then transplanted it to the rodents. The new cells will develop into mature cells of the human immune system including T cells that HIV infects. After infecting the rodents with the virus, they were able to maintain normal levels of T cells that can suppress HIV. By creating CCR5-deficient stem cells, we can allow a patient to produce HIV-restraint cells.”

Now the next step for them is to try the research on humans; they hope that it’ll work for us. If it works, patients don’t need to take anti-retroviral medicines anymore all they have to do is undergo stem cell therapy to create HIV resistant immune cells that can kill the HIV viruses in their body.

Paris Hilton’s recent priority is to put back more glitter in her pop music career. How would she do that? But of course with the help of the legendary songwriter Linda Perry. The Heiress went to meet up with Linda in her studio. Linda Perry was the one responsible for Christina Aguilera’s ‘Beautiful’ and Gwen Stefani’s ‘What You Waiting For’.

It seems Paris is planning a follow up of her 2006 self titled album ‘Paris’. On her Twitter account she wrote; ‘Went and visited Linda Perry at her studio. She is so cool and her studio is incredible. I respect her so much as a producer, what a talent.’

The carrier single of the album entitled ‘Star Are Blind’ became an international smash hit from the time it was released; it even reached the top five in British, Italian, Swedish and Canadian charts.

Lady Gaga was one of its avid listener stating;

‘I always thought that “Stars Are Blind” was one of the greatest records ever. Quite honestly it was a great pop record.’

Would there be collaboration between Lady Gaga and Paris? Since, Paris admits she wanted to work with the Telephone hit maker on a new music and saying;

‘Anything we do will be a surprise, so you can’t know about it.’

I wonder what the title of the song would be? Would it be “Starparazzi” or “Telephones are Blind”?

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton does not want boyfriend Doug Reinhardt to leave her side. Not even if he just will be out to see his friends!

This is what Brody Jenner revealed recently as Doug Reinhardt had sort of been reined by Paris under her leash. Brody from the TV reality show The Hills revealed that he has not seen Doug lately after he just reconciled with her socialite girlfriend. Brody lamented in an interview with Closer magazine: “We used to be best friends, now I never see him. Some people are so involved in relationships they lose their other friends. Partners come and go your friends are there for you always. I’m done. Paris has taken him away.”

On the other hand, it was also determined that Paris Hilton is allegedly furious about the fame enjoyed by her former pal Kim Kardashian, who is incidentally Brody’s half sister. As a reliable source shared: “Paris is furious that Kim got her start by hanging out in Hollywood with her and now the Kardashians have it all – the reality shows, the magazine covers, the big appearance fees and promotional deals.”

Paris used to be the hottest girl in town as “she used to command $100,000 for club appearances, but now Kim is the hottest girl – and they aren’t friends anymore. The magazines are bidding around $300,000 for Kourtney’s baby shower and baby pictures. And Khloe’s wedding brought in record ratings.”

Woof! That’s a terrible scenario for Paris. We hope she does not end up trying hard to get everyone’s attention just to steal the limelight away from the Kardashians!
