Brad Pitt and Will Ferrell stars in Megamind

Megamind is raking in $47.7 million this weekend!

Despite bad reviews on Megamind, fans are still flocking to the theater to see this animated comedy that feature the voices of Brad Pitt, Tina Fey, Jonah Hill and Will Ferrell. Despite the lackluster opening, this DreamWorks produced film may not be a disappointment after all.
In the 2nd spot is a Warner Brothers movie Due Date that features Robert Downey Jr. and Zach Galifianakis.

Scheduled on November 19, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 is doing much effort in promoting the last book of the Harry Potter series.

A series of posters for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 was put around to promote the movie. A poster focuses only to Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, the other two posters were centered to Lucius and Bellatrix, and as well as Greyback and a Snatcher.

The Warner Bros. has released four more posters for the last movie of the Harry Potter series that only revolves around the key characters of the movie. One shows Harry Potter and Hermione Granger inside the train while Harry, being vigilant, is holding his wand for possible attack. Another poster shows Hermione who stands closely to Ron Weasley with a tagline “Trust No One.”

Other two posters were also presented. With some similarities of the poster with Snape and Voldermort which was released days earlier, they have directed the focus on the villains of the movie with a tagline of “The Hunt Begins.” One poster teams up Bellatrix Lestrange with Lucuis Malfoy, while the other poster pairs up Fenris Greyback and a Snatcher.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 will revolve around Harry, Ron, and Hermione’s adventure “as they set out on a mission to track down and destroy the secret of Voldermort’s immortality.” The world of wizardry is now becoming very dangerous for all enemies of the Dark Lord, especially to Harry Potter. And in this, Harry and his friends now become the hunted and they must rely only to one another. However, Dark Forces are trying to tear them apart.

Part 1 will be shown in theatres on November 19, 2010. The Part 2 will be released on July 15, 2011.

Angelina Jolie was very busy promoting her movie Salt in San Diego but her long time partner, Brad Pitt is nowhere to be found even if he has his own promotions for his upcoming movie ‘Megamind’. Co-stars Will Ferell and Tina Fey were the only ones available to answer the fans and the media.

However, according to some experts Pitt has already joined the list of A-list male stars which include Jack Nicholson, Robert DeNiro, Sean Penn and Robert Redford. They don’t have to go out in the open to plug their movies so they hit the top chart.
