A singer’s capital for their fame and fortune are their voice as well as their health, if their health deteriorates then their voice will soon follow. Lady GaGa’s former tour manager talks about the pop star went beyond what we can imagine just so she can wear her out of this world costumes.

Gaga’s ex-tour manager David Ciemny revealed her bad eating habits in an unauthorized tell-all book “Poker Face: The Rise and Rise of Lady Gaga” written by Maureen Callahan. Ciemny averred that Lady GaGa is sick: “When I say she was sick, I mean physically and mentally.”

Lady GaGa is famous because of her eye-catching and unconventional outfits on her concerts. He said that GaGa was psychologically sick; she would party on sweets, candies, and junk foods and skips her meals. She basically doesn’t eat anything healthy, and then when the fitting of costume day comes, she wouldn’t eat anything at all – at one point she lost 20 pounds between two consecutive costume fittings. WOW, we didn’t know that GaGa needs to risk her health just to make us happy with her costumes.

In 2009, Lady GaGa landed in a hospital six times just because of her weird eating habits. Last year, there were rumors that GaGa collapsed and was rushed to the hospital due to exhaustion…. It’s her fault she’s not eating!!! Lady GaGa, it is okay to eat and look a bit fat, we won’t get mad at you. We’ll get mad at you if you get sick and die just because you think that you’re out of this world costumes at your concerts will make us happy, yes it makes us happy – if it’s not making you land on a hospital bed every once in a while. Can you please fix your life?

Kristen Stewart is the actress who is not afraid to speak her mind out. However, her being vocal can sometimes bring awkward situations to Robert Pattinson who admitted that he is the opposite of this trait.

Robert Pattinson mulled over that he is not very aggressive when he is under pressure. His rumored girlfriend Kristen, on the other hand, has been learning to open up her thoughts. In the mind of R-Patz, they might clash when time comes and he is not ready yet for that scene where Kristen Stewart might overwhelm him that much.

He said that Kristen Stewart is a “nice girl” but she sometimes can’t help from telling her mind out which makes Robert feel awkward sometimes. After Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart shoot a scene she would usually come up to the director and announces “let’s do that again.” Robert is afraid to do the same for Kristen might tell him to shut up, since the scene is already perfect.

It is just normal for lovers like Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson to enter a stage where both will be uncomfortable with each other. What is important is that both of them are discovering each other’s trait and soon they will be able to overcome those “awkward moments”. Knowing each other very well is essential to know that the match of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart is indeed ‘made in heaven’.

Americans Struggle in Increased Calories

Do you really know the amount of calories you need to take in in a day? Or you just want to guess? Yes? No? Well don’t be shocked but majority of Americans do not know about the said topic.

In a survey that was conducted online found out that 1,024 people are in this alarming situation. The result showed that 63% are imprecise in just estimating the calories they need to consume. 25% on the other hand did not even try to guess and a mere 12% was able to tell accurately.

Calorie requirement depends on a person’s age, height, gender, and lifestyle. The required amount for an adult given that he or she has an inactive lifestyle is from 1,400 to 1,600. But if he or she is active, for example an athlete, then he or she has to consume an amount from 4,000 or more.

A dietician was as well shocked with the findings. She said that the people in this situation are not calorie confused but calorie oblivious. People have the tendency to just eat and eat anything while forgetting that what they are eating has more calories than what they expected. They should rather be calorie conscious.

So be very aware of the calories that you need to consume. Don’t just devour something without checking its calorie content. Better consult a professional, if not the Internet for the required calorie for you.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Eating Healthy

Be like Robert Pattinson. The Twilight heartthrob is always on the go but he found a good way on how to make himself stay healthy, although he said that he has never lived as healthy before.

Instead of trying to practice his cooking prowess, which he thinks is not a good idea, he has his meal especially prepared and delivered to him. He uses a delivery service in Los Angeles that delivers fresh and healthy food.

Rob, just continue what you are doing. You might get yourself on top as the number one sexiest vampire onscreen and leave David Boreanaz and Brd Pitt behind. Well; fans would certainly love to hear Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are eating healthy because they want them to be as fit as they will be busy filming more movies for them.

After months of following her diet plan, Gwyneth Paltrow is ditching her macrobiotic diet while she is away from her hubby Chris Martin and their two young children. Now, Gwyneth is taking time out by eating comfort food.

With her long distance affair with Coldplay singer Chris Martin, the 37-year-old actress could not sustain her grueling macrobiotic diet regime.

Informants in the set of her new movie ‘Love Don’t Let Me Down’, which is currently shooting in Nashville, informed that Gwyneth is realizing her separation from Chris and their children Apple, five, and Moses, three, very tricky. It seems she is losing motivation on her chosen diet regime.

Nonetheless, it is quite a joy she is finding solace with her co-star Tim McGraw.

Based on a person present on the set of the film, the newspaper Daily Mail quoted the source that said: Gwyneth and Tim are becoming very close.

Although Tim is married and older than her, but he’s a good shoulder to lean on. Before that, her macrobiotic diet is challenging her mood.

Gwyneth’s spokesperson agreed and informed that she has been back in Nashville for only two-and-a-half weeks and Gwyneth was in London for a week before that.
