Selena Gomez Monte Carlo Release Date Confirmed, Justin Bieber Wins Big in MMVA

Much has been happening with Selena Gomez lately. The 17 year old actress just wrapped up shooting” Monte Carlo”. In fact, Fox 2000 Pictures has announced a launch date for “Monte Carlo”, which Selena will star with Gossip Girl‘s Leighton Meester and Glee‘s Cory Monteith. This romantic comedy feature film was projected for a winter movie lineup head-to-head with a February 11, 2011 date. This makes this flick contend with Jennifer Aniston’s “Just Go with It” and a 3-D animation “Gnomeo and Juliet” which will be also be launched on the same date.

Aside from setting of “Monte Carlo” play date next year, Selena Gomez is also tending her new fashion line. Selena proudly named her clothing creations as “‘Dream Out Loud by Selena Gomez”, which she admitted to be inspired by her fans around the globe. Not just a passion for fashion, Selena also wanted to take part in a meaningful endeavor by making her creations eco-friendly and organic. For her, it’s important for the new generation to realize living up not just for the beauty of clothes but also that it does not have a deleterious effect to Mother Nature.

In another great news, we say kudos to Justin Bieber who was a grand winner at the Much Music Video Awards (MMVA) in Canada. The 16-year-old hit-maker was very happy. And why would not he be? Justin Bieber won his first award as a singer in his own country. And he not only won one award, he won three on his first try.

Justin was able to bag the viewer choice awards for Best Video and New Artist. And for his chart-topper single “Baby,” Justin was able to obtain the trophy for International Video for a Canadian.

The teenage singer thanked his fans for his achievements. Justin Bieber said that he never expected that he would win so much awards, especially since it was the first time he was even nominated in MMVA. Coming from the small Canadian town Stratford, he never thought he would gain so much fame. His loyal fans screamed their lungs out as Justin walked to the stage surprised but happy to receive his awards.

It is definitely amazing how dedicated the Justin Bieber fans were. They camped out near the Much building to wait for special seats into the event and wristbands for the show. All this just to see Justin Bieber.

And with Justin Bieber, all these fans are definitely celebrating with the young heartthrob singer for his victory.
