Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Hated in Rio de Janeiro?

Brazilian residents are hostile towards Robsten and their Breaking Dawn set!

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart can’t please everyone, especially the townsfolk of a section of Rio de Janeiro where some scenes of Breaking Dawn are being shot. Their production went awry last Sunday when angry locals burned down a portable toilet used by the film crew. It’s good that no one was reportedly hurt by the said petty incident.

Some townspeople are not rejoicing to have the Twilight cast disrupt the peace and quiet of their place. These actions on the portable toilets are their way of protest. Don’t worry about R-Pattz and K-Stew because they are fine. Both stars are just concerned of wrapping up the shoot of their last scenes for the Part 1 of Breaking Dawn.

We’re just curious why those Brazilian villagers don’t like Rob and Kristen? When even a fan in the United States would pay thousands just to see them!

Everyone knows that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are two very popular actors. Their popularity started and soared when they played the role of vampire loves human in the Twilight movie series, and it has been going uphill ever since. Every day, there are testaments to their popularity, such as hearing them in the news every minute, whether it be with their encounters with the paparazzi or their opaque love life, or hearing about fans getting excited about their next movie while talking about the movie last made, among others.

Yet, there is another testament to their popularity in the form of an online auction. Believe it or not, someone actually won a day in the set of Breaking Dawn with Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, for an outstanding 60,000 dollars. Yes, someone was willing to pay for that huge sum of money just to see the two popular actors for a day. In fact, during the closing days of the bid which was done on eBay, the range was from 40,000 to 60,000 dollars, with the eventual winner paying 60,100 dollars.

The winner also gets free airfare as it is included in the bid, and a VIP car service from the city of Seattle to Vancouver.
