A dietician was as well shocked with the findings. She said that the people in this situation are not calorie confused but calorie oblivious. People have the tendency to just eat and eat anything while forgetting that what they are eating has more calories than what they expected. They should rather be calorie conscious.

So be very aware of the calories that you need to consume. Don’t just devour something without checking its calorie content. Better consult a professional, if not the Internet for the required calorie for you.
