Caught in love triangle, Robert Pattinson is in an outrageous rumor that he is in a scorching love affair to Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester.

Leighton Meester was recently reported her split-up from her longtime boyfriend and costar Sebastian Stan. Robert is currently filming in Budapest, for his movie Bel Ami with co-star Christina Ricci and Uma Thurman. While Leighton Meester is working on her television show Gossip. Yet, there was this new rumor this week that the Twilight hunk is hooking up with Leighton Meester.

The Touch Weekly has somehow got a statement from a “close friend” of Meester who claims that these rumors are true. In the article of the magazine reports: “A friend of Leighton’s confirms the affair, adding that the pair is still in constant contact.” It even revealed regarding the meeting of Robert and Leighton, at her NYC apartment. The source goes on to report, “She’s having a texting romance with him, and is so into it. She talks with Rob almost daily.”

It is like a bizarre love triangle for Robert, Kristen and Leighton. The gossip girl was just swept in the frenzy romance of the ‘Twilight’ couple Robert and Kristen.
