Miley Cyrus Ticketing Rumors - Lady Gaga Signature Scent Miley Cyrus was the victim of another miscommunication in the world of the stars. She was rumored to be pulled over by cops in North Hollywood – the offense? Using her cell phone while driving!

Miley’s camp immediately cleared the rumor, here’s the real story. It turns out Miley was being mobbed by paparazzi during the incident and the police asked her to pull over and offered assistance to her. She was then calling her security team, they cleared that she was already parked when she called her security team. Now it is all clear, she wasn’t given a ticket for not being a safe driver – the cops were just being useful at that time LOL. Miley has no plans of being the next Lindsay Lohan.

Earlier that day, Miley was seen lip locking with her beau Liam Hemsworth (they’re back together again!) at a parking lot for about half an hour. Oh maybe that’s why she’s being chased by the paparazzi. But where did Liam go? Did he jump out of Miley’s car somewhere between the chase?

In another news, even though PETA hates Lady GaGa for wearing a meaty outfit at the VMAs, she doesn’t care at all because she’s going to be busy formulating her signature scent! It has been confirmed that GaGa has signed a long term licensing deal with Coty Inc., she’s set to develop and formulate a lone of fragrances for them. Her first scent is set to be released on 2012. I know it’s kind of a long wait! We wonder what her signature scent would smell like – we hope not the smell of rotten meat!
