There’s no doubt that Mark Salling is a rising star courtesy of the smash TV show Glee. In an interview with OK! Magazine, Mark dished out on how he has been collecting parking tickets to the extreme. In fact, it has now reached to amount at a whopping $8,000!

Also, the 28 year old actor-slash-singer denied the rumors he is courting Disney star Selena Gomez. “We’re not dating. She’s the sweetest girl – we’re just texting and nothing more,” he said.

During the red carpet of the returning and new shows of FOX for the 2010 FOX Upfront Presentation after party which was held at Wollman Rink in Central Park, New York, casts of FOX shows were seen with much anticipation. One of the stars who were much awaited for was Glee’s resident bad boy “Puck” Mark Salling.

Mark Salling was seen on his arrival on the FOX red carpet. The actor arrived all by himself and had some photo ops with the media.

It is undeniable that Salling is one of the Glee kids who are slowly reaching their fame. He revealed that experiencing this kind of fame is now being loved by his mother. His mother even thanked the increasing TV phenomenon that made his son become famous in the industry.

Despite the fame Salling is experiencing now, he confessed that his feet are still on the ground. He revealed, “On the one hand, aspects of my life have changed dramatically, on the other, not so much.” The Glee’s resident bad boy further added, “I still live in the same apartment, drive the same car and have the same friends, so I’d like to think that I’ve kept my feet on the ground. I still have the good and bad times, and stress out about stuff like everybody else, except now I’m on a successful TV show.” He finished his statement saying, “And my mom’s loving it!”
