Lindsay Lohan 90 Days Holiday The 24 year old actress Lindsay Lohan is facing new trouble. A Los Angeles judge found that she is in breach of her probation charged pertaining to her 2007 drunk driving arrest. Now, Lindsay is sentenced to 90 days in prison.

The name of the Superior Court Judge is Marsha Revel. The judge discovered that Lohan failed to abide by instructions to show up at the Right on Program alcohol education classes.

Judge Marsha Revel explained: “I couldn’t have been more clear.” She added that Lindsay “did not comply with the court’s orders and the court does find her in violation of her probation.”

The judge thinks that Lindsay Lohan is cheating. So it’s like Lindsay is playing the law.

So when the judge gave the decision, Lindsay began crying. Judge Revel gave her 30 days for every single offense, which the actress will be served consecutively. The ex-child star is also required to accomplish a 90-day residential substance abuse course, which in turn she will have to give priority to throughout two days of being discharged coming from prison.
