Lindsay Lohan Get Punch On The Face, Dean McDermott ICU With Collapsed Lungs

Lindsay Lohan was greeted on her birthday early today with a punch straight on her face.

What? That’s kind of a rough way to wish goodwill someone on their 24th birthday!

Lindsay who was spotted leaving West Hollywood hotspot Voyeur tweeted:

“A waitress just hit me, punched me for no reason.”

According to US weekly source:

“The waitress has a history with Doug Reinhardt, and Lohan was hanging out with him. She was jealous, and out of nowhere, the waitress punched her in the face!”

“Doug didn’t want any part of it and went to the other side of the booth. Lohan ran out.”

Poor Lindsay! The source also claims that she doesn’t have any major celebration because of her SCRAM bracelet and no money/fund to begin with.

Tori Spelling husband Dean McDermott was injured during his dirt biking with pals last Tuesday and he is now on intensive care unit in LA area hospital.

Tori Spelling’s rep told Access Hollywood that Dean is expected to make a full recovery and will remain in the ICU for few more days.
