Lady GaGa on V Magazine Cover, Spencer Pratt Faces Charges Over Tape

The Hills star and Heidi Montag’s controversial husband, Spencer Pratt may faces another major problem– Playboy model Karissa Shannon threatened to sue Spencer over a private tape of her and boyfriend Sam Jones.
According to TMZ, Spencer apparently took the video tape from Shannon’s personal stuffs. Shannon’s lawyer Mr. Hayes F. Michel has already wrote a letter to Spencer demanding him to return the said tape, an excerpt from the letter states that “It has come to our attention that you were attempting to publish, distribute, sell license or otherwise exploit filmed footage of Ms. Shannon, according to press reports, you are no longer threatening to do that – this decision is wise… Were you to follow through with your initial threat, Ms. Shannon would file a lawsuit to enjoin the sale and/or distribution and seek monetary damages from you.”
In another news, Lady GaGa graces this month’s V Magazine cover along with Marc Jacobs. GaGa posed as the Statue of Liberty wearing Louis Vuitton lingerie then Marc was sitting beside her atop a television set and behind her is a shopping cart.
The cover shot was done by Mario Testino, he did a good job on the cover. He also photographed them along with more stars of the city including Debbie Harry, Jake Shears, Mark Ronson and Chloe Sevigny. In GaGa’s photo, the V was made from different colors of gum and limited edition subscriber’s issues featured custom-designed artistic versions.
