Lady Gaga Slapped with $30 Million Lawsuit, Gets Grammy Love Too!

After her successful concert at the Rockefeller Center in NY, Lady GaGa now faces a $30 MILLION suit! Her ex-boyfriend and ex-producer Rob Fusari filed a breach of contract case against the edgy singer.
Fusari claims that Lady GaGa should pay him a “large share” from her earnings because if it wasn’t for him, Lady GaGa wouldn’t be famous. Her PR team tried to ask Lady GaGa’s insurance company, Navigators Specialty Insurance Company to pay for the lawsuit. Unfortunately, according to the Terms and Regulations of her insurance policy it only covers “an act or omission including personal injury in the performance of professional services.” Uh-oh – Looks like the “breach of contract” policy was omitted in that contract.
Lady GaGa needs to produce more concerts in order to pay her ex-producer/boyfriend because the insurance company “wants a New York judge to issue a declaratory judgment that would leave Lady GaGa to fight the case without the company’s assistance.” I think it’s safe to say that we should expect more concerts from Lady GaGa from now on or until she saves $30 Million. LOL!
Enough of the bad news, two years ago Lady GaGa was disqualified from the Best New Artist category in the Grammy’s because her single “Just Dance” has already won in the Best Dance Recording and the Zac Brown Band has won the Best New Artists Award. The rules that time were “the nominees for the Best New Artist award could not have appeared on another Grammy-nominated recording.”
Poor GaGa! But, this year the Grammy Awards has changed their rules due to the fact that more first release singles of new artist is also a presented as a “featured artist” on someone else’s album or that the new artist can release a single long before the release of their first album. This new rule implies that a new artist will be eligible to win, BUT those who have released their first albums or those who won a Grammy award will be disqualified again in this category.

Yeah this is kind of old news, but what I have to say on this matter is this:
This guy only clearly wants 30 million bucks from her just because he’s greedy. I’m sure she would have found fame elsewhere but this guy hardly did anything to deserve anywhere near that amount of money. Just recognition should be more than enough.
