Ali Fedotowsky Reveals Platinum Ring Justin Bieber fans are crossing their fingers again that he will snatch an award this time.

Aside from his first headlining My World tour, Justin is nominated for the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards! Yes you read it right, along with Ke$ha, Nicki Minaj, Broken Bells and Jason Derulo, his hit single “Baby” will be one of the choices for the Best New Artist Award.

What’s missing in the list is the Miley Cyrus new single “Can’t Be Tamed”. Many people she can’t be on the Best New Artist because technically she’s not a new artist, but she can be nominated for the Best Female Video category. But she was not! Maybe judges didn’t think that she was worthy enough, as we all remember this wasn’t Miley’s lucky year. She was bombarded with criticisms regarding her new image, so there’s no wonder she why wasn’t on the list. The MTV VMA will air on September 12 at 9 PM.
