Sirius and Stern another 5 years – Miley Cyrus’ real estate revealed

Howard Stern gets another five years with Sirius XM, while Miley Cyrus stocks up on plush real estate properties in different zip codes!
Shock jock Howard Stern may not be getting any younger at 56 years old, yet he still snatches golden deals for radio hosting. Rumors have it that his stint in Sirus XM for another five years made him $1 billion richer.
Talking about his new-found contract with the satellite radio mogul, Stern confessed that he is “thrilled” about the deal and he sees his definite “future” with the company. His deal includes lesser hours so Stern says that he will have more time in his hands. He joked: “Beth has the best Christmas coming her way this year—the gift of time with me. There’s nothing more precious than my time.”

In Florida’s Walton Country, Miley acquired in December some $1.8 million apartment. This plush pad showcases a fabulous beach front view of the Gulf of Mexico – with four bathrooms, four bedrooms, an entertainment room and a gym.
This is in addition to her Los Angeles crib where she is slated to stay with her dad Billy Ray Cyrus until she reaches 20 years old. That’s two years to go before she can live alone?
Her LA real estate is valued at $6.2 million and we think her boyfriend will be lucky enough to have her heart because Miley has invested a lot!

Miley’s home in LA was bought two years ago for $3.4 million and she agreed last year with her parents that she would move in to it when she was 18, which was a few weeks ago. The $6.2 million property belongs to her parents, not to her, and she obviously won’t be living in it with her father as Billy Ray Cyrus has lived in Tennessee for several months now, and will obviously not be living anymore in his LA home as that is where his wife, who he is divorcing, lives.
