You can find quotes from her online about her eating ice cream sundaes and fried chicken (two things we would not have in the macrobiotic diet). I would like to make note that Gweneth does not look good. A recent picture of her posted on Huff Post shows quite a bit of fat deposits underneath her eyes, in macrobiotic diagnosis this area corresponds to the Kidneys. Usually in Hollywood this area would be "taken care of". I wonder what she thinks when she looks in the mirror and see's this area which she could easily reverse with foods.
