Ever since the first High School Musical movie, there have been Zac Efron nose job rumors popping up all over the internet blogs and forums. Many point out that when Efron was on the WB Show Summerland years ago, the bridge and tip of his nose was allegedly wider and undefined.

Sometime around High School Musical, his nose suddenly appeared more refined. Was this due to natural aging? Or did Zac Efron have a nose job? No one knows for sure, but members of one popular rhinoplasty forum seem to believe plastic surgery was at play.
