Christina Ricci doesn’t believe her new movie ‘After Life’ as a horror movie. The actress believe it is more of a character movie.

The film tells about a tale of a woman who finds herself on a mortuary slab because of an accident and is was not sure if she is still alive or maybe dead.

She said: ‘For me, the script read much sort of a character piece. ‘ I kind of missed the scariness of it because I was sort of taken in by this question of death and if you have feelings after you’re dead.’ If I woke up tomorrow dead, how would i feel’.

The mortician portrayed by Liam Neeson, whose character attempts to convince Christina’s character Anna that she is dead, Anna began to invade her normal life eventually as she stopped socializing after making the film.

She told the Los Angeles Times: ‘ Anna was really creeping in one morning when i woke up and looked in the mirror and said, ‘Oh, my God, I am so pale. I have gone goth’.
