Ashton Kutcher Unruffled on Britney Spears Overtaking His Twitter Reign

Ashton Kutcher is no longer Twitter king! Boo-hoo! No thanks to pop singer Britney Spears, after she edged him out of more than 7,000 followers yesterday – and her followers are still increasing! In Ashton’s Twitter account, he was budged about his thoughts regarding this surprising overthrow on his throne – he responded a slightly annoyed rejoinder: “I don’t care. Aren’t u suppose 2B a movie reporter?”

Well, it doesn’t really matter for Ashton because currently he’s promoting his new film Killers, where stars opposite Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigle.

Recently, the 32 year old actor proudly declared that he doesn’t need to haul himself to the gym in order to get in shape in his new movie. What’s he’s doing, Ashton shared, is that he just purchases workout DVDs and he follows them at home.

Being married to actress Demi Moore, Ashton thought that he should stay at home more often than pumping iron in an expensive gym. In fact, he informed:

I bought one of those exercise DVDs off the TV. I put it in and watched it, and got in shape. I did some fight training. I learned Krav Maga, Muay Thai and Kali, which is Filipino knife fighting.

Action stunts in films don’t worry him anymore because he’s got some learning in combat training too. In his interview with Collider.com, Ashton realized that he should take in some knowledge about fight scenes:

I should have learned how to movie fight ’cause on the first fight scene, I knocked out a stunt guy. That was a bad ordeal. We were doing that scene on the boat, and we were on a yacht in the wind. He threw a punch and I blocked it, and then punched him and knocked him out. I felt really bad about that. I hurt a lot of people. I should have just let the stunt guy do everything, to be honest, and stuck to just making jokes.

What can we say? Don’t worry about Britney’s reign in Twitter. At least, you still have more followers than Justin Bieber… for now! Good luck on your new movie though.
