Thanksgiving 2017 forecast: It's going to be chilly

Adjust Comment Print

A cold front will push through changing up winds and causing temperatures to cool dow into Wednesday.

The clouds will keep Tuesday cool as well with highs in the 50s. This will usher in mild air and should allow our high temperatures to climb back into the mid 50s. A west wind of 8 to 13 miles per hour will become north in the morning, and winds could gust as high as 28 miles per hour.

Friday: Partly sunny, high near 49. Lows will be near or below freezing on Monday night.

Friday Night: Clear, with a low around 37. Calm wind becoming southeast around 5 miles per hour.

Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 39.

High temperatures will be in the lower 60s, so most of the day temperatures will be in the 50s!

On our Thanksgiving Day, it will be nothing more than ideal!

An upper-level trough will gradually slide east of the area, as high pressure tiptoes into the southern Plain.
