Authorities in MI are set to meet to determine whether the woman operating an in-home day care should face charges after a toddler got hold of a gun Wednesday and shot and wounded two three-year-old boys.

Agents will meet with prosecutors to decide if a wrongdoing was conferred following two 3-year-olds were shot and harmed by another baby in MI, police said.

The other children at the day care were taken to the police station until they could be reunited with their parents.

"We're going to pray these two young kids are going to be OK", Police Chief Ron Haddad said at a news conference after everyone at the facility was questioned, local news outlet the Detroit News reported. The police say investigators plan to meet with prosecutors to determine whether charges will be brought.
