Ajax overcame Lyon 5-4 in aggregate in the semi-finals of the Europa League as the hosts threatened the Dutch football giants with a 3-1 win in the second leg here.

The French side have it all to do if they are to reach the final is Sweden as they now trail 4-1 after an epic first-leg in the Amsterdam ArenA.
