Next week will see the developer roll out a new update for the RPG on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC that, among other things, introduces support for Sony's PS4 Pro. We think that's pretty cool.

Update 1.9 adds support for the more powerful console, providing enhanced lighting and graphics, including native 1440p resolution.

The news came via a post over on the official Bethesda blog from Global Community Lead, Matt Grandstaff. It's not exactly clear whether this is including the space taken by the base game, but I'm suspecting it is. The PS4 patch will feature PS4 Pro support and the PC patch will include a High-Resolution Texture Pack. Bethesda has also released a new recommended PC specs list to play with the new textures.

Trump instrumental in Doomsday acceleration
On the nuclear issue, Trump said in December that the United States must build up its nuclear arsenal. If they do not, wise citizens must step forward and lead the way".

"If your system can handle it, the Commonwealth will look better than ever", Bethesda said.

Bethesda today announced the features of Fallout 4's upcoming PS4 Pro patch, which will upgrade the game's base resolution to 2560 x 1440, however no details were given on a 1080p 60FPS mode. "Consider this free download a love letter to our incredible PC fans that have supported us", Bethesda said in a post on its blog, "not just with Fallout 4, but across multiple decades and games". Pro owners can expect the following improvements when playing Fallout 4 on the PS4 Pro.
